Today I am telling you something very useful for students and parents alike. Prior to this , a variety of private scholarships had been introduced. Professional and non professional students studying from standard first to PG benefit from government side. Benefits are paid monthly to an academic year.
Applications are now invited for the 2020 to 2021 academic year, vidyakiranam scholarship program .
Eligibility
For those children’s who have differently abled people above 40%. There are many people in our society who are suffering these difficulties. They don’t know anything about this benefits. Applications for scholarship should be submitted to the Social Justice Department officer in your district. We can download the application forms through Akshaya centres.
After filling these application forms and verification done by the principal of the school where the children are studying. Submit the application form to the district Social Justice office.
- Applicants should belong to BPL family.
- Annual income should be less than Rs 1,00,000.
- Any other benefits received from the central and state government cannot be applied for in this scheme.
- This scheme is only applicable until the end of July.
- Applications must be submitted within two months of the academic year started.
- Don’t forget that it is for children of parents of differently abled .

- Income certificate.
- Disability certificate.
- Medical certificate.
This benefit is for 10 months or one academic year. Students studying in grades of 1 to 5 will get Rs 300 per month. Students studying in grades 6 to 10 will receive Rs 500 per month. Student studying + 1 ,+ 2, ITI courses will get Rs 750 per month. Students studying in degree, PG, Polytechnic courses, professional courses will get Rs 1000 per month .
