Today I would like to inform you about a housing loan scheme. But now Kerala state backward classes development corporation started a new scheme. It is called ente veedu.
According to this scheme, fulfilling the dream of a home for the religious minority backward classes.
Eligibility
Must be OBC
Annual income should be less than RS 3,00,000
They don’t have own home
This loan is only available for a new home.
90 % of the maximum loan amount is available as loan.
Age limit
18 – 55 yrs
Mainly this scheme is of two types. For those earning upto Rs 120000 a loan of Rs 5,00,000 at an interest rate of 7.5% for a period of 15 years.
For those with an annual income of 1,20,000 to 3,00,000 a loan of Rs 10 lakhs at an interest rate of 8% for a repayment period of 15 years. The loan amount is based on the appraised value of the property, the family income and the security Bond. The house must be built within one year of receiving the amount. Repayment should start from the fourth month of receipt of the last installment
This loan is available in three stages . The first installment will be received as part of the completion of the basement work. The first installment is 30 % of the loan amount. About 40 percent of the loan will be available by the time the house molded. When all the work including the door is completed the final 30 percent will be available.
