The new time limit has come into effect for all peoples who currently have a bank account to visit to the bank. It has been in effect since Monday. This law will remain in effect until September 9.
The time is based on the last digit of the account number of the bank account holders. Holders of account numbers ending in 0,1,2 3 should go to the bank till 10 to 12 p.m . Holders of account numbers ending in 4,5,6,7 should go to the bank between 12 to 2 p.m. People with the account numbers ending in 8 and 9 have to go to the banks between 2 ½ to 4 o’clock.
You can go to the banks during these times to deposit and withdraw money. This time limit does not apply to requirements related to loans. In any case you should go to the banks only after calling and enquiring at the banks.
This settings was made in order to reduce the crowd as the covid spreading these days. Banks will have this adjustment until September 9th. That is why you should call your bank and go to the banks after knowing about the time arrangements.
