- People suffering from major chronic illnesses can avail treatment benefits under this scheme acute ailments such as cancer, palliative care, heart disease, Kidney Disease, haemophilia.
- In this conditions, the government offer treatment benefits upto rupees 200000, for severe case of government increase benefits to Rs 3 lakh.
- The government allocated about Rs 250 crore for the scheme.
