fees application made after Grace period – Rs 1000 + application fees
For smart card
fees application made within Grace period – Rs 400
fees application made after Grace period – RS 1000 + application fees
Rs 200 extra for change in residential address.

- Form 1 and 1A for declaring medical fitness collected form from RTO office /can download it online

How to renew driving licence online
- Visit https://mvd. Kerala.gov.in
- Click licence link in apply online.
- Click apply online near the licence renewal.
- Select nearest RTO office
- Redirected to a page to fulfill basic details such as driving licence number and date of birth.
- Add mobile number and email ID.
- Print and download the application form.
- Fill the application form and pay the fees.
- Visit RTO office for verification of documents.
- You will receive renewed driving licence on same day or span of 15 days.
