How to prevent ice clotting inside the fridge, how to fix thermostat

Today I would like to inform you about how to prevent ice clotting inside the fridge. It is a common problem. If your refrigerator temperature is too high ,condensation may build up and freeze on the bottom of the refrigerator. It is normal to see some frost, especially on frozen foods. It is caused  by moisture  inside the food .This warm air turns to moisture  when it comes into contact with cooler temperature  and forms frost.

Finding frost in the freezer is never a good sign.frost in the freezer can affect the flavor of frozen foods. It can restrict airflow, and reduce the freezer’s efficiency.

Putting warm food in the freezer introduces humidity to the freezer and frost develops on the interior  walls. If you see the wetness on the outside of the things ,dry the packages before storing  them in the freezer .

To prevent frost in the freezer is to stock food as you can while keeping  one inch of space between the food and the interior walls of the freezer .In modern fridges ,freezers have built in defrost cycles that will take care of frost in the freezer  automatically.  Defrost sensor detects frost beginning to build on evaporator  coils  and causes the coils to heat up. And melt away frosts,

Today we can see how to prevent clotting ice in the freezer.we can change the thermostat. A thermostat is a regulating device component which senses the temperature  of a system. And performs actions so that the system’s temperature is maintained.

Thermostat generates signals, when the temperature  exceeds or falls below the normal. It regulates heat to the expansion of their internal metallic strips . It carries electricity  through a connected circuit, switching on heating.

It heats up,one of the metals expands enough to open the circuit and switch off the heating, cooling the fridge.

Thermostat  controls the cooling process by monitoring  the temperature, switching the compressor on and off. Sensor senses that it’s cold enough inside the fridge,so it turns off the compressor.  If there is too much heat,it switches the compressor  on and begins the cooling process again.

Change the freezer door.we can see how to change the thermostat. Switch off the fridge and remove the plug. Remove the bolts  using a spanner. Remove the nose of the thermostat.  Remove the thermostat and sensor from the fridge

Clean the top of the fridge. Fit the new thermostat,  connect the wires. Replace the cover and fit the screws. Tight well . Adjust the knob and fix.
