We are the ones who have eaten a variety of beef fries. There is a lot of difference between homemade beef fry and beef fries eaten on other festival days. But making beef fry at home is not like the hotels. We often do not know the composition of the real beef fry .
Let’s see how to make real beef fry. Cut 1 kg of beef ,wash and clean.Add 2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder and salt to it. Pour ½ tablespoon of coconut oil and ½ glass of water and mix well. Then put this beef in the cooker and cook well until a 3 whistles come

Ingredients
Chilli powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Corn flour – 1 ½ tbsp
Rice powder – 1 ½ tbsp
crushed ginger – 1 tbs
Crushed garlic – 1 tbs
Grated chilli powder – 2 tbs
Fennel – ½ tbs
Garam masala – 1 ½ tbs
Pepper powder – 1 ½ tbs
Coconut oil – 1 ½ tbs
Mix well these ingredients .Then add the juice of 1 lemon. Mix well .Then add boiled beef and mix well. Leave it like this for an hour and a half . Then it can be dipped into hot oil. While frying stir occasionally without holding the bottom. We can transfer it to low flame and add 2 curry leaves and three chopped green chillies.
Fry well and then we can drain it from the oil and put them in a bowl. Then pour the oil used for frying in a frying pan. And add some crushed garlic,small onion,curry leaves,2 grated chillies,stir fry well and add beef fry in it. This is very tasty. Please try this and share this information to others.
