How to make soft tasty  milk cake

 Let’s see how to make a soft milk cake that is easy for anyone to make in our houses. We can make the same taste in the tea shops . We can make this in a short time . We get a lot of time during this lockdown. So please take time to  make the soft cake . 


Sugar  : – ½ cup 

Egg     : – one

Ghee/ Sunflower oil/ butter  :- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar    :- 2 tbsp

Salt  :- 1 pinch

Baking  soda:- less than ¼ tsp

Cardamom powder   :- ¼ -½ tsp

Wheat powder   :- 1 cup + ½ cup

Milk powder  : – 2 tbsp 


  • Place a sauce pan in a stove. 
  • Add half cup of sugar to it.
  • Add one cup of water.
  • Dissolve this  sugar well .
  • Off  the flame.
  • Take an another bowl.
  • Drop an egg in to it.
  • To this, pour 2 tablespoon of ghee in to  it.
  • Add two tablespoon of powdered sugar to it.
  • Mix well and add a  Pinch of salt to taste balance.
  • Add less than ¼  teaspoon baking soda and add ¼  teaspoon to ½ teaspoon cardamom powder to flavour.
  • Then add a cup of  atta powder to it .
  • We can use the  same atta Powder that we used to make chapati and add  two tablespoon of milk powder to it.
  • Then put your hands and mix it all very well and add ½  cup wheat flour. 
  • Mix,knead well.
  •  If this flour looks dry , mix it with light warm water and stir well to make the dough  soft .
  • As the chapati  lightly spread atta powder and spread out.
  •  Don’t be too thin.
  •  Then cut in lengthwise like the shape of the pan cake.
  • After doing so, cut and place the side of the piece,make  a shape with hand.
  •  It  should be in a medium thickness.
  •  Deep fry in medium hot oil.
  •  Do not fry in a lot of heat. Because the colour of this is likely to change soon and does not to cook inside. So put  it in a small flame and vice versa cook.
  • Slightly heat the sugar syrup before adding the milk cake to it.
  • Soak  the cake in the sugar syrup.
  • We get a soft, tasty, moist milk cake.
