How to make soft and  tasty broken wheat halwa

         Today I would like to introduce you to a halwa that melts in your mouth. This halwa is made with broken wheat. Let’s see  how it is prepared.


Broken wheat  – ¾ cup

Water  – 2 cup

Jaggery   – 2 

Coconut  milk – 1 cup 

Salt  – 1 pinch 

Sugar  – 1 tsp

Cardamom  powder – 1 tsp

Ghee  – 100 g

            Broken wheat should be soaked in water for 3 hours before use.we get very soft  to it. Grind in a good paste form in a mixer. Transfer this mixture into a bowl. Add 2 cups of water to it.Mix it well by hand. Then filter  it three times.we can add enough jaggery to our sweats. Three quarter cup of water to the jaggery and make it into melt and take out. Then filter the jaggery.

        Then take a non stick pan. Pour wheat  milk into it.Then add 1 cup of coconut milk into it. Place  the gas on the high flame and mix well. Add 1 pinch of salt to it.Add jaggery to it.Mix well. Add 1 teaspoon  sugar ,1 tsp of cardamom powder to it. Then add 100 grams of ghee to it.Mix well. Add ghee in small portions.

         Keep stirring until  it comes out of the bowl.Add cashew nuts.Our tasty halwa is ready. put the halwa into a cake tin to set. After the aluva has cooled well we can cut it and use it.We get a soft tasty  halwa.
