How to make electricity from wind turbines 

 

       Wind turbine is a device that converts kinetic energy of wind into electric energy. Wind turbine converts 20 to 40 percent efficient wind into energy. Mostly the lifespan of a wind turbine is 20 years. Its maintenance is required every 6 months. Wind turbines work on a simple procedure. Wind turbines use wind to make electricity. Wind turns like a propeller blade of a turbine around a rotor,which spins a generator and creates electricity. Mainly wind is a form of solar energy caused by a combination of the Sun unevenly heating the atmosphere, rotation of earth and irregularity of earth surface.

    The speed and flow of wind vary . Humans use wind flow for many purposes like sailing, flying kites ,and generating electricity. Wind energy is a process by which the wind is used to generate mechanical power. It can be used for grinding grain or pumping water or a working generator can convert this mechanical power into electricity. 

     Wind turbines turn wind energy into electricity using a force into rotor blades. These blades work like an  aeroplane wing. When the window flows across the rotor blade, the air pressure on one side of the blade reduces. So the blade creates both lift and drag. This force is stronger than the drag and causes the rotor to spin. It connects to the generator either directly or through a shaft and it has a series of gears that speed up the rotation and allow physically smaller generator.

     Wind turbines are mainly two types. They are horizontal axis turbines and vertical axis turbines. Wind turbines can be categorised by three grids. They are land based wind,offshore wind and distributed wind. Wind turbines are mounted on a tower to capture energy. At 30 M or more  above ground it can take faster and less turbulent winds. The wind energy with their blades. Two or three blades are mounted on the shaft to form a rotor.

    This blade acts as an airplane wing. When the wind blows pressure air forms on the downwind side of the blade. It pulls the blade towards it and causes the rotor to turn. This force is actually stronger than wind force against the front side of the blade.

     We can see a person fixing a wind turbine in his home. He took electricity  from this wind turbine for all his requirements.We can’t usec Air conditioner. But we can use battery storage appliances. a 5m/second speed of wind is required  for it. He has used it for  12 years. It is very useful. Two types of generators are used. They are axial flux and radial flux.

    It is 6 feet long for 1leaf .Total diameter is 12 feet. It is glass fibre material. He inserted iron plates into it. He provides a high wind protection to these leaves automatically. It is coreless material. It has an axial flux generator.  2 magnetic motors are in this product   A coil is inserted into the straighter.It is 3 phase material. It is connected to the MPPT charge controller. Then connect it to the battery and connect to the inverter. You can use it easily. You can connect it to the solar also. 

     You will get 15 unit current  from 1 kw.you can use fridge, washing machine, Television . It produces electricity day and night.It doesn’t have friction.It is a safe product to get electricity.
