We are all buying boost from shops. We buy it at great cost. Here’s how to make a boost without spending cost too much at home. This is the same taste as bought from shop. It is a very tasty and healthy boost that can be given to children.
Ingredients
Badam – 12
Cashew nut – 15
peanut – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Milk powder – 3 tbsp
Wheat powder – 3 tbsp
Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
- These ingredients can be crushed in a mixer jar or grinder .
- Put the stove on and put a pan on it.
- when the pan is hot ,let it dry nuts .
- Roast for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Put the gas in sim mode.
- Then add the wheat powder to it.
- Put on small fire and stir for 3 minutes.
- The wheat powder is slightly change the colour and smells good.
- Pu off the gas .
- After cool and then grind it .
- Added sugar, milk powder and cocoa powder .
- Then grind it into a fine powder.
- Keep it in a closed container .
- We get a tasty healthy boost powder.
