How to make a sweet  soft bun in our home


we see how to make a homemade sweet bun that we buy from the Bakery. 


Maida        – 1 ½ cup 

Yeast          – 1 teaspoon 

Sugar           – 2 tablespoon

 Salt           – 2 pinch

 Milk( room temperature)   – 2 tablespoon Water –       as needed

Oil or butter     – as needed to greace 

How to make

  • Take a  bowl.
  •  Mix 1 ½ cup maida,  1 teaspoon yeast, 2 ½ tbsp sugar,2pinch  salt, 2 tbsp milk, water and mix it with a spoon. 
  • Then knead  the chapati like dough.
  • Take 5 minutes and  stir well. 
  • Add 2tbsp oil and  mix it well.
  • We get a soft  flour. 
  • Take the flour and return it to the inside.
  •  We get a round shape consistency like a bun. 
  • Grease the bowl with butter /oil. 
  • Cover the bowl with a  foil paper.
  •  The flour will rise in an hour and a half. 
  • Wait 1 ½ hour.
  •  Take two minutes and knead once more.
  •  The floor is fine and very soft. 
  • Put this flour into a cylinder shape and cut it into small pieces.
  • Spread  these pieces  lightly and fold them back down.
  • We get the shape of the bun.
  • Grease the plate  of Idly bowl.
  • Butter is a bit tasty.
  • Place  it on each plate.
  • Brush the oil in the top of the flour with a little brush.
  •  It is closed with  a tissue towel/ kitchen towel for 10 minutes.
  •  After 10 minutes put the plate down in the heated Pan for about 5 minutes. 
  • Brush the  milk on the flour. 
  • Bake for 20 minutes on low flame. 
  • keep it cool. 
  • Soft and  sweet bun is ready
