How to get good sleep

          Insomnia is a health problem that affects almost everyone. Whichever person you look at ,they may have a complaint of Insomnia for a while. Sleep deprivation has become as much a new lifestyle disease as any other diseases. Good sleep is everyone’s dream. Insomnia often affects  all the activities of the next day. Some people do not fall asleep even when they are lie down for 30 minutes. 

             Some people wake up after sleeping for a while and then did not get sleep. Some people wake up early in the morning, but then didn’t sleep. Insomnia can lead to fatigue dizziness,  headaches and irritability . This will affect our work and health. So it can become a problem for us . Sleep is one of the three pillars that sustain the body. Today I want to share with you how  to maintain good sleep.

  1. We must  first adjust our routine. A person with Insomnia should be awake early in the morning. Drink a glass of water immediately after getting up. Do the morning chores exactly.
  2. Apply oil and take a bath. Even if you can’t take an oil bath everyday , apply an oil on your head, hands ,feet ,soles of your feet and ears. A good oil bath is the best way to get a good night’s sleep. There are many essential oils are available in Ayurveda. People with Insomnia should take oil bath after exercising.
  3. Yoga is best for those who have insomnia. It is best to do yoga for a while after applying a good oil bath.
  4. People with Insomnia should not sleep in the daytime.
  5. Avoid bakery items ,dried foods,excessive salt and sour foods.
  6. Eat well in the morning. Food should be eaten early at night. It is best to drink porridge at night. Coconut milk or buffalo milk porridge  is best. 
  7. It is good to drink milk at night.
    It is better to mix some double sweetener and  cumin with milk.
  8. It is good to mix vishnukranthi and chuk with milk.
  9. The cause of Insomnia must be found.
  10. Do not yoga at night.
  11. After washing the feet  thoroughly and massage well,  you will fall asleep quickly.
