In 11 am take pazhankanji with yogurt. After lunch,4pm take banana fried in ghee mix with sugar. Take an egg with it. In6 pm we can take carrot juice.In 9 pm take dinner. After dinner drink badam milk. Surely it is helps to weight gain.
