How to do Permanent waterproofing for tile joint in bathroom

Today I would like to inform you about how to remove moisture on the bathroom wall caused by water seeping through  the tile. It is a common problem.Water can seep around the edges of tiled areas. We can use it to seal the joints between tiles.

The tile needs periodic maintenance.  Cracks can develop in the grout between the tiles, causing moisture  to seep. To stop the leak and prevent further damage  you should seal the place where water can leak.

Clean the surface  to get rid of contaminants.  Apply tile grout  with a waterproofing agent on tile gaps. Leakage can lead to peeling of paint, fungi formation. These are unpleasant to sight. It can cause diseases.

Leakage occurs due to any damages of inlet and outlet pipes. Insufficient  water proofing  can cause leaking. The gap between  tiles  should be sealed with polymer modified mortar. Some people are generally  sealed with cement paste,it allows water to seep through tiles.

You should check and seal it  with a polymer modified  mortar. Tile joints are generally filled with white cement ,water seeps through these joints and damp the walls leading to peeling of paint. Tiles joints should be sealed with waterproof  grout. They do not allow seepage to water through  them.

Make a gap in the tile joint and clean it. Dry the tiles well. We can use cerapoxy63 joint filler.  We can mix resin, hardener, and filler powder. Take a glass piece , take 1 ½ cap resin +½ cap hardener. Mix well .Add filler powder to it.

Then mix well. Fill the gaps with a blade. Leave for 5 mts. Remove excess and fill the next joint. Leave for 20 minutes. Clean with shampoo water circular motion.  Wipe with wet cloth. It is the permanent waterproofing method.
