Today I would like to introduce about EWS certificate.It is for economically weaker section.The government provides 10% reservation for general category candidates for their education and jobs.This reservation for those candidates who are not included under other reservations.This certificate is also called income and assets certificate. You will get this certificate from Tehsil.
Eligibility
- You should be under general category.
- In central government basis,Annual income should includes all sources be less than Rs 8 lakh.But in state government,annual income less than 4 lakh are included.
- Should not have own flat more than 1000 square feet.
- Should not have own agricultural land more than 5 acres.
- The candidates family includes parents,siblings below 18 yrs of age,spouse,children are eligible.

This financially backward candidates will get 10% quota . They will be considered at all PSC , education, exam levels. The EWS certificate is issued by the central and state governments in two forms. 50% reservation is given to scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribes.
