Ingredients 

  • Mango –  ½  kg
  • Sugar   –  750g
  • Cloves  –  8
  • Cinnamon sticks  – 5
  • Food color – 1 pinch
  • Citric acid  – 1 tsp 

How to make mango jam

  • Peel a mango,wash well and cut it into small pieces. 
  • Then boil the mango  well in the water and add crushed  cloves and cinnamon sticks. 
  • When it boiled well , remove the cloves and cinnamon.
  • Then crush the mango well and add citric acid. Mix well. 
  • You can use beta to mix. 
  • Then add yellow colour to the mixture. 
  • After cool, you can fill it in bottles. 
  • You can add 2 pinch of potassium metabase sulfate to ¼ cup of mango mixture. We can keep this jam longer.
  • We can buy bottles online. 
  • Then make a label . 
  • We need licences and registrations for labeling.we need FSSAI registration.
