Kerala financial corporation announced a new scheme to assist manufacturing and service industries. Under this scheme loans will be issued for setting up new units or modernise or expand existing units. We will get the term and long term and capital loans from this scheme. The loan will provide guarantees for MSME units. We will get maximum Rs 20 crore loans for companies. We will get 8 crore maximum for partnership firms and proprietary concerns. The upper limit for guarantee is 50 crore. Under the modernization scheme existing units are eligible for 90 percentage loans .
KFC extended financial help to the micro, small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing and services. KFC offers term loans , short term finance and working capital innovative schemes for TV serial production, special schemes for Resorts, hospitals ,etc.
Kerala financial corporation introducing a new scheme for small and medium sector enterprises. They provide loans of upto Rs 1 crore at 5 % interest. New project will get a loan of over Rs 1 crore. Upto Rs 1 crore is available at 5 percent interest. Balance amount will be available at KFC ‘s regular interest rate.
As a result the growth of Lost markets can be quickly regained. Our country needs people who provide employment to others and not to job seekers. That is why they encourage others to start small businesses. This project is a revision of the chief Minister’s entrepreneurship development plan.
At present upto 50 lakh was given to entrepreneurs under this at 7 % interest. It is now raising interest and bearing loans. Loans upto 90 percent of the project cost. The new scheme aims to reach 2500 entrepreneurs in 5 years. The Government of Kerala will provide 3 % subsidy and KFC will provide 2 percent subsidy for this scheme.
Entrepreneurs must have MSME registration to avail this loan. Entrepreneurs must be under 50 years of age. How about the age limit for SC /ST ,NRI,and women entrepreneurs can be upto 50 years. The term of the loan is 10 years. The interest relief is available for 5 years .For start up, we will get 1 crore at 5.6% interest rates.We will get this loan easily. If we are eligible, we will get a loan quickly.
