These days many changes in the laws are taking place in our country. Today I want to share with you about a new change. A change in employment has now taken place. We all have different occupations for livelihoods. Therefore it is essential that we be aware of the changes that takes place in it.
Businesses,Marketing, commercial, Industries, financial institutions, service areas ,educational health ,building constructions,clothing trades are the major occupations in our country.
Previously the working hours in our country were 9 hours .The new law requires working 12 hours a day. The full decision will be based on public opinion. Rest 1 hour within 12 hours is also included. This law also prohibits any worker from working more than 48 hours a week.
The public must comment within 45 days. Those who work over time ,give double wages to them. It is useful to us.
