How to make automatic power inverter simply

   An inverter is the most important equipment in a house. Inverter is an apparatus which converts direct current in to  alternating current. It is a power electronic device. There are 3 major types of inverters.They are sine wave,modified sine wave,and square wave inverters.Appliances at our homes use ac power to operate. Working principle of an inverter

         It converts DC power into AC power.It regulates voltage,current, frequency of signal. It is the same as an oscillator.      Types of inverters are single phase and three phase inverters.single phase inverters are two types. They are half bridge and full bridge inverters. Half bridge inverter can be built with two switches and its capacitors .The switches balance each other , the switchez balance each other.if one switch is activated then automatically another switch will deactivate. Full bridge inverter circuit converts direct current to alternate current. Three phase inverter is used to alter an input DC to 3 phase output AC.Its 3 arms are deferred with 120° angle to produce a 3 phase ac supply.

How to make inverter 

     Take a cabinet for making an inverter.  You can buy it from the market as readymade.it has a fiber front panel and sticker. Screw the front panel into this cabinet.And paste the sticker into it.Then fit the bushes.fit connect socket groomer to the rear panel.we can use 2 in 1 socket for taking output.we can remove the metal part and connect the 2 in 1 socket. Otherwise you connect a 3 way connector. 

    Connect a switch to the front panel,bushes, groomers. Then mark the places of the transformer and board.make holes to screw it.it is an 250w automatic inverter.Take 250w square wave automatic inverter board.It has automatic battery charging, overload and short circuit cut off,automatic working.

    Connect the transformer and screw it. It has an LED panel.connect it to the front panel. It provides mains, battery low, charging. You should connect it to the correct order. Connect transformer. Its connections are copper lead and insulated.so cot led to the soldering.connect wire to the 12w battery. We can use 6mm wires. Connect red and black wire to the cabinet through grommet.

     Red wire is positive.provide sleeve and connect two positive wires and solder it to the center portion of the transformer. Black wire is negative.  Connect black wire to the board.you can use 35 w soldering to it. Then connect wires of board to the transformer. Connect LED panel to connector. .connect S1 S2  wires to switch.

     Then connect the 3 pin main scode. It has 3 wires.get into cabinet through grommet.connect earth green wire , red face and black neutral connection to the board and cabinet. You can use two wires to connect output to the socket. Connect neutral common macro connection. It connects to the cabinet.

    We can connect a Capacitor for battery charging. It is an 8uf Capacitor.connect it to c1,c2. Connect transformer outputs. Zero is neutral connection, 160 is charging winding,240 is output. Neutral is common. 160 connected to TC connection point.240 connected to TO connection point.

     It has a micro switch. We can press and change the settings. Screw the board.Then connect it to the 12 w  battery.we can on and connect the loads to it. We can set the overloading facility.Then close the case. We can work all electrical  equipment using it. It has Rs 3000.
