Currently I want to share with you about Indira Gandhi National old age pension on social security pension. As announced in the state government budget, the old age pension has been increased by Rs 100 from April 1 to Rs 1300 per month. For those over 60 years, they can get up to Rs 1300. For those who are about 75 years of age, they get Rs 1500 each. We get the money through bank accounts.
Mustering is one of the most important for social security pension. Only those beneficiaries who have done the maustering will receive the arrears of pension at the end of the second phase. There are close to 5 lakh people who didn’t get it. There are many who do not get pension for many reasons, there will also be those who do not know whether there pension has reached there bank accounts. They can know their pension details with their Aadhar ID card and pension details.

Eligibility
- Must be over 60 years of age.
- Those who are destitute are eligible to apply.
- The applicant cannot be a beggar .
- people living in orphanage or an old age homes cannot apply.
- The annual income of the family should be less than Rs 1,00,000 .
- Disabled pensioners can apply for this.
- Other social pensioners cannot apply.
- Be a resident of Kerala for at least three years.
- The application should be submitted to the panchayat / municipality /corporation where the applicant resides .
- Applications must be made to the local body before the secretary. If the application is rejected, you have the option to appeal .
- You can appeal to the concerned district collector .
- You will receive the benefit from the first day of the following month.
- The state government has come up with this project with the help of the central government.
