Please open the link Kerala mvd.gov.in. In the right side click apply online and click the licence button, click licence renewal, click apply online ,then open the other window. Click application submitting office. Select the place of RTO office. Add the licence number and give the date of birth of the person. Then open the other window. Click next button and add the mobile number and email ID. If your date of licence expired you should pay the fine. Click the print button and paste the photo. Add the Signature of the applicant. Pay the fees using net banking. And submit the application

Select the bank. Click proceed of payment We get a GRN number. Open the Gateway of bank. Click proceed and add ID and password click the submit and we get an OTP number. In this time does not close the window. Maybe the chance to failure of payment .Then we sent original licence , receipt, forms to RTO office using envelope /fastway.
